What you get when you sign up

Signup creates a workspace: your account, your keys, and a dashboard. There is no trial clock. Chatbot Agent and eCommerce Agent start on a permanent free plan, with no card. The other agents are paid from the first plan, and each paid agent is its own monthly subscription. Paid checkout is opening soon. The prices below are the ones the pricing page publishes.

Two agents you can run before you pay

Chatbot Agent on Free includes 1,000 AI responses a month, training on your pages, text, and files, a website embed, and the conversations inbox. The widget shows a small ad and the doo.mcp credit. Starter is $29 and adds a lead form, a domain lock, image search, voice notes, and an ad-free widget. Growth at $79 and Scale at $149 raise the allowance, add an AI voice call inside the chat, and can remove the credit.

eCommerce Agent on Free includes 1,000 AI responses a month for one Odoo store: search, cart, checkout, human handoff, and the website widget. Starter is $99 and adds order status, MCP, image search, voice notes, and WhatsApp. Growth is $199 and Scale is $349. Both add an AI voice call inside the shop chat, and Scale includes 1,000,000 responses a month.

Agents you subscribe to on their own

Lead Agent starts at $99 for 500 calling minutes, then $199, $349, and $599 as the minutes rise to 1,500, 5,000, and 12,000. Every plan includes the transcript, the CRM write-back, Google Calendar booking, your Twilio number, callbacks, and a test call to your own phone. It is in beta.

Odoo Agent starts at $49 for 25,000 AI responses, with higher plans at $99, $199, and $349. The top allowances reach 1,000,000 responses. Every plan includes the employee’s own Odoo access, an audit log, dashboard chat, MCP, and REST. It is in beta.

Notetaker starts at $19 a month for the Chrome extension and transcripts stored on your workspace. It is in beta. During beta it does not draw on the Chatbot or eCommerce allowances.

How a response is counted

A person’s message does not count. A reply the agent writes does, and so does an action it takes, such as a search, a cart change, or an Odoo update. The cap belongs to that agent. Buying more eCommerce responses does not raise the chatbot cap, and the reverse is also true. Calling is capped in minutes, not in the number of calls.
