AI voice call
On Growth and Scale, a visitor can talk with the agent inside the chat.
Call from the chat header
The visitor taps Call and talks. The agent answers out loud, and the same reply is written in the thread. The call is on by default, and you can turn it off in the widget settings.
Grounded in what you taught it
A spoken answer uses the same knowledge as a typed one. When the answer is not in your content, the agent says so.
The call is saved
When they hang up, the recording is posted in the chat, next to what was said.

Do I need Odoo or a store?
No. The Chatbot Agent only needs your content: pages, text, and files. A store connection is optional and belongs to the eCommerce Agent.
How does it learn from my website?
It discovers your pages from the sitemap and same-site links, you choose which ones to include, and their text becomes training documents you can edit or switch off.
Can it make things up?
It is instructed to answer only from your trained knowledge and published FAQs. When the answer is not there it says it does not have that information.
How do I install it?
Copy the embed snippet from your chatbot's page and paste it into your site. You can restrict it to your own domains.
What is the catch on the Free plan?
1,000 AI responses a month for this agent, and a small ad in the widget. Free includes training and the embed. The lead form, domain lock, image search, and voice notes start on the paid plan, which also removes the ad and raises the allowance to 5,000 AI responses. The AI voice call starts on Growth. Each agent is purchased on its own.
Can a visitor call the AI?
Yes on Growth and Scale. They start an AI voice call from the chat. They hear the reply, the same answer is written in the thread, and the recording is posted when the call ends. You can turn the call off.
Can visitors talk to a real person?
Not from the widget yet. You can capture a lead with the form and follow up. Live handoff from the chatbot is on the roadmap.
