Why the free plan does not expire

There is no three-day trial and no card to start. Chatbot Agent and eCommerce Agent remain on Free until you choose a paid plan for that agent. The point of the free plan is to let a store or a site run a real agent, with real limits, and upgrade when the limits or the missing channels get in the way.

What stays free

Chatbot Free is 1,000 AI responses a month, training, a website embed, and the inbox. eCommerce Free is 1,000 AI responses a month on one Odoo store, with search, cart, checkout, human handoff, and the website widget. A person’s reply does not count. The agent’s replies and actions do.

The free widget shows a small ad and keeps the “Powered by” credit. Ads run inside the chat, not as banners across doomcp.com. Domain lock, lead capture, order status, WhatsApp, image search, voice notes, and the MCP product search are on paid plans.

Why the paid plans are separate

Each agent is purchased on its own. A store can stay on free eCommerce and never buy calling. A site can pay for the chatbot and never connect Odoo. Cancelling one subscription does not delete the others. Invoices and the payment method live on the billing page, in sync with Stripe.

That split is also how the business works. Free is a working product with an ad in the widget. Revenue comes from the agents a customer actually turns on: a higher eCommerce allowance and WhatsApp, a chatbot without the ad, calling minutes, the Odoo staff agent, or Notetaker.
